Estos Términos de Servicio rigen tu uso de LEMU ("el Servicio").

Al acceder o usar la app, aceptás estar sujeto a estos Términos.

1. Uso del Servicio

LEMU provee una plataforma donde los usuarios pueden:

• Descubrir restaurantes
• Compartir experiencias y reseñas
• Interactuar con otros usuarios

Aceptás usar el Servicio solo para fines legales.

2. Cuentas de usuario

Para usar ciertas funciones, debés crear una cuenta.

Aceptás que:

• La información que proporcionás es precisa
• Sos responsable de mantener la seguridad de tu cuenta
• Sos responsable de la actividad bajo tu cuenta

3. Contenido del usuario

Los usuarios pueden enviar contenido incluyendo reseñas, comentarios y calificaciones.

Al enviar contenido, otorgás a LEMU una licencia mundial, no exclusiva y libre de regalías para mostrar y distribuir ese contenido dentro de la plataforma.

Los usuarios no deben publicar contenido que sea:

• Ilegal
• Difamatorio
• Abusivo
• Engañoso
• Spam o abuso promocional

Nos reservamos el derecho de eliminar contenido que viole estas reglas.

4. Integridad de la plataforma

Aceptás no:

• Manipular calificaciones o reseñas
• Usar bots o scraping automatizado
• Intentar acceder a áreas restringidas de la plataforma
• Interferir con el funcionamiento del Servicio

5. Terminación

Podemos suspender o terminar cuentas que violen estos Términos.

Los usuarios pueden eliminar sus cuentas en cualquier momento.

6. Limitación de responsabilidad

El Servicio se provee "tal cual".

LEMU no es responsable de:

• La precisión del contenido generado por usuarios
• Experiencias en restaurantes
• Pérdidas resultantes de confiar en reseñas o recomendaciones

7. Cambios al Servicio

Podemos modificar o discontinuar partes del Servicio en cualquier momento.

8. Ley aplicable

Estos Términos se regirán por las leyes aplicables en la jurisdicción donde opera la empresa.

4. Platform Integrity

5. Termination

Users may delete their accounts at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

LEMU is not responsible for:

• The accuracy of user-generated content
• Experiences at restaurants
• Losses resulting from reliance on reviews or recommendations

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the company operates.
